Spring Creek Heritage Farms' Bellingham Sweet Corn is SOLD OUT. Thank you for a great season!
Probably the best sweet corn we have eaten and our friends and clients agree. We sell out fast so get on the order list now. Because of the high sugar content, it’s best to eat within a day or two after we hand pick your order at night when it’s cool out. It won’t get stuck in your teeth like traditional corn that is machine harvested in volume. This is an excellent choice for barbecues and family get together. I can almost guarantee that people will ask where you got such delicious corn.
Our In-House Special:
Are you looking for pastured heritage or heritage type chicken? Our dandelion & corn finished pastured poularde is only found here in Bellingham WA. Outside of North America you will typically only be able to find in Europe. We also have berry finished heritage-type birds, USDA processed available now. Visit our Meat Shop page for more details.
