Giant Zucchinis, 18+ inches long each. Organically grown. They are perfect for zucchini milk or for zucchini burgers. For the zucchini burgers, we just dip them first in seasoned flour mix, egg with salt and pepper, and then seasoned panko breadcrumbs, then we fry them in olive oil. In my opinion, the big zucchinis taste just as good as the regular sized ones, they are so delicious in burger buns with basil, ranch dressing and parmesan or Havarti cheese. $3 each.

Spring Creek Heritage Farms' Bellingham Sweet Corn. -COMING SOON!

Probably the best sweet corn we have eaten and our friends and clients agree.  We sell out fast so get on the order list now. Because of the high sugar content, it’s best to eat within a day or two after we hand pick your order at night when it’s cool out. It won’t get stuck in your teeth like traditional corn that is machine harvested in volume. This is an excellent choice for barbecues and family get together. 100 various tigger cantaloupe and striped honeydew type melons unripe mostly softball size you will need to let ripen 1.50 each. 20 ripe and mostly ripe @ $3.00 each. So sweet and delicious!

​We feel that this is the perfect size. Normal cantaloupe we always seem to have waste because we don't eat it fast enough. On several occasions, the kids have eaten an entire tigger melon by themselves. Very delicious and nutritious! 

They are a perfect harvest fruit, they look like a gourd or squash when unripe and blooms into a gorgeous pumpkin orange when ready to eat. Giving summer the final hurrah with its sweet, juicy, refreshing taste, and fragrance.
